Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The Sleepy Sharky™ Comfy Oversized Blankie Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals aged 18 and older worldwide.
  • Employees of Sleepy Sharky, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period:

  • The Giveaway begins on [Check date of original post] and ends [2 Months after original post date] at [9:00PM GMT] (the "Giveaway Period").

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period:
    • Like the Instagram post featuring the Sleepy Sharky™ Comfy Oversized Blankie.
    • Save the Instagram post.
    • Share the Instagram post on their stories.
    • Tag a minimum of two (2) friends in the comments section of the post.
    • Comment with either "🦈 I need this now" or "Check their website in bio."
  • The more tags and comments you make, the higher your chances of winning. However, spammy or fraudulent entries will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection:

  • The winner(s) will be selected at the discretion of Sleepy Sharky based on their compliance with the entry requirements.
  • Sleepy Sharky may choose one or more winners at its discretion.
  • The winner(s) will be announced on [Announcement Date] via an Instagram post or story.
  • The decision of Sleepy Sharky in selecting the winner(s) is final and binding.

5. Prize:

  • The winner(s) will receive a Sleepy Sharky™ Comfy Oversized Blankie.
  • The prize will be shipped to the winner(s) within 30 days of contact from Sleepy Sharky.

6. Contacting the Winner:

  • The winner(s) will be contacted through Instagram Direct Message.
  • If the winner(s) do not respond within seven (7) days of initial contact, an alternate winner(s) may be selected.

7. General Conditions:

  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  • Participants release Instagram from any responsibility regarding this Giveaway.
  • By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Sleepy Sharky reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
  • The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
